French antique faience vine leaf and fern plate

A beautiful, antique plate moulded with a vine leaf, fern, flowers and a key pattern around the rim, in yellow, green, white and brown majolica glazes. Dating from the late Victorian period, this plate is likely to have been produced by the Choisy-le-Roi Pottery, or a similar French faience potteries. It has an impressed date letter or maker's mark on the reverse.
