Incident Information

The longer of the period required by law and 80 years from the date of the incident

Registration Information

The period required by law

Surveillance Information

31 days unless the footage is or may be required to be used as evidence due to the occurrence of an incident

Financial Information

Card payment details will be deleted or destroyed as soon as they cease to be required. Bank account information will be deleted within the same period as Supply Information

Online Information

Google Analytics data will be retained for 26 months

Other Personal Information

Seven years or such earlier time as we may determine to be appropriate in individual cases

 

We do not undertake to hold records for the above periods and they may be deleted or destroyed sooner than indicated above where this is lawful.

 

 

Your data protection rights

 

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

  • Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

  • Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
