Delivery costs are calculated by the type of items you are purchasing, and are inclusive of handling, packaging, courier charges and VAT at the standard UK rate. If you are ordering a large number of items please get in touch as we may be able to offer a discount on delivery costs.

We also offer free collection from the shop for all items, simply choose 'Collect from the shop' at Checkout!

Some large items and furniture are currently only available for free collection from the shop. This is clearly shown in the information on the item page. Please select 'Collect from the shop' at Checkout for your whole order, and pick it up from us for free!


If you select Delivery, the charges shown do not include the Collection only items. We'll contact you to check if you would like us to post some of your items or if you want to collect all the items in your order together we can refund the postage charge.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Delivery usually takes between 3–10 working days. Owing to the nature of our products, seasonal increases in demand and factors beyond our control, there may be occasional longer delivery times. We will endeavour to inform you of any such situation to avoid disappointment.

We want your purchase to arrive safely so to minimise the possibility of breakages, all items will be carefully wrapped. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the specified time please contact us immediately by email.

If, for any reason, your order cannot be met or delivered within the specified time, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements. If you have any questions or queries, or any specific delivery requirements (such as fast delivery within the UK), please let us know.


You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your order. The items must reach us in original condition and in the original packaging. We advise you to photograph the item before posting and consider insuring the package to the value of the item.


There are no charges for returning your order but the original delivery charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return delivery charges.


Please email us to let us know you are returning an item before you send it. If there are any problems with the item, please include photographs with your email.


Once we have received the item and confirmed it is in its original condition, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days. We will also send you an email to let you know this has been done.
