Antique oak panel-back, upholstered armchair
A lovely solid oak, panel back armchair, recently recovered in a complementary oak leaf pattern fabric, in dark navy blue and linen. It is in a monastic or throne style, with square section legs, decorative shaping to the arm supports and a panelled back.
Probably made between 1910 and 1930, for a school, church or meeting room, its sturdy construction, deep padding and solid arms make it ideal for those needing a little extra support getting up!
