Large early-Victorian pedestal sideboard

The sideboard dates from c1850 and is typical of early Victorian furniture that owes much to the late Regency period combined with French-style influences in the curving backboard and scrolling leaves in the carving.

 

It includes three drawers and two cupboards below, one with two sliding shelves and one with a shelf and deep cellarette drawer.

The two pedestals and top can be seperated for transportation.
