'The Berkefeld Filter Patent No. 1' stoneware walter filter with tap, probably made between 1900-1920.
We cannot recommend it is used for its original purpose but perfect as decor for a country kitchen or garden! Berkefeld filters are still produced and replacement ceramic 'candle' filters to fit may be obtainable.
The water filter is in good condition for its age. It seperates into two parts and a lid, it's dimensions overall are:

- Diameter approx. 20.5cm
