Two mugs made by Denby Pottery for The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB), decorated with a transfer print of a wren from a drawing by John Morland on the front and blank on the reverse.  Produced c.1970s-1980s.

  • The recognisable white Denby glaze body is highlighted with deep rust coloured bands. Both mugs are stamped underneath with the RSPB logo and 'Created by Denby, England for The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds'.

     

    The design is very similar to Denby's own 'Birds of a Feather' range but without the text on the reverse.

     

    Both mugs are in excellent condition with no fading or damage.
